The Green Clinic is based in Edgware, and was established by Chartered Physiotherapist Stephen Parkus in 2008. All our Physiotherapists are Chartered, and registered with the Health Professions Council.

Stephen Parkus, Edgware Physiotherapist

Mr Stephen Parkus

Stephen gained a diploma in Therapeutic Massage, and then qualified with Honours from the University of Hertfordshire as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2001.

He has worked in a number of NHS hospitals, most recently completing 4 years at Watford General Hospital as a Senior Outpatient Physiotherapist. Stephen also worked as a Senior Outpatient Physiotherapist part-time at BUPA Hospital Bushey for 3 years, leaving to develop his private practice. Stephen also works part-time at Chai Cancer Care in Hendon.

In 2006, Stephen completed his training in Medical Acupuncture and is a member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society. Stephen has a particular interest in the treatment of low back and neck pain with postural re-training and core stability exercises such as Pilates, and in stability re-training of the knee, ankle and shoulder.

Nisha, Edgware Physiotherapist

Ms Nisha Mistry

Nisha, our other Senior Physiotherapist, joined The Green Clinic in 2009.

Nisha graduated with honours from the University of West England, and was a Senior Physiotherapist in the NHS at Ealing Hospital, as well as working in private practise for 3 years. She has also done voluntary work as a physiotherapist in Mexico.

Nisha has well developed skills in a wide range of musculoskeletal problems, and has a special interest in neck and shoulder pathologies. She also has an advanced qualification in acupuncture (AACP Registered).

Nisha is currently doing a Masters in Orthopaedic Medicine.
